Extra Virgin olive oil obtained from the greenest, freshest and healthiest olives. Picked up manually and pressed within 24 hours.
Variety: Gentile di Chieti, Frantoio, Leccino.
Place of origin: Olive trees cultivated on hills.
Harvest: From October till December.
Harvesting method: Olives are picked up by hand and transported in boxes to the own olive mill and to the partner farms where they are pressed within 24 hours after being picked.
Production: The olives are washed with jets of water at room temperature and cold-pressed.
Extraction process: Continuous.
