Extra Virgin olive oil obtained from the greenest, freshest and healthiest olives. Picked up manually and pressed within 24 hours.
Variety: Gentile di Chieti, Frantoio, Leccino.
Place of origin: Olive trees cultivated on hills where no chemical manures, no herbicides and no pesticides are used.
Harvest: From the end of October till December.
Harvesting method: Olives are picked by hand and transported in boxes to the own olive mill and to the partner farms.
Production: The olives are washed with jets of water at room temperature and cold-pressed.
Extraction process: Continuous.
Certification authority for organic products: ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification), Italy.
The product is obtained by scrupulously following the guidelines for organic farming.
