PREMIUM BLEND Extra Virgin Olive Oil is our Identity expressing our experience in the art of olive oil making since 1926.

We strive to valorize our precious cultivars in a personal idea of the oil that repeats over time and generations

Only guaranteed and selected cultivars from a controlled Italian production chain: Gentile di Chieti, Leccino and Frantoio. Every year, according to traditions, we select the very best production lot of the year guaranteed by panel tests and certified chemical analysis. Stored in stainless steel tanks containers under nitrogen and bottled when needed under our seal. Our Premium Blend EVOO expresses character and harmony, balance and complexity. This product tells you an Italian story of a piece of land and brings a touch of Italian elegance on your table.

  • Olives’ Variety: Gentile di Chieti*, Frantoio*, Leccino*. *Organic
  • Place of origin: Olive trees from organic agriculture cultivated on hills in Vasto area, Abruzzo region, Italy.
  • Harvest: Every year from October till December.
  • Harvesting method: Olives are picked up by hand and transported in boxes to the partner farms where they are pressed within 24 hours after being picked.
  • Production: Olives are washed with jets of water at room temperature and cold-pressed.
  • Extraction Process: $POUJOVPus. First cold press at T. < 27 C..
  • Storage: Stainless steel tank containers AISI 304 in rooms with humidity and temperature control, at 16°-18° C.
  • Shelf Life: 18 months from bottling. Keep in a cool and dry place away from sun and heat. Always close the bottle cap firmly immediately after use.
  • Quality control:Laboratory analysis and Panel test
  • Organic Product Certificatione Body: I.C.E.A. (institute for Ethical and Ambiental Certification). Product obtained by strictly following the guidelines for organic agriculture.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
  • Acidity: From 0.2 until 0.4 when bottled.
  • Colour: Golden yellow with hints of light green.
  • Smell: Distinct smell of olives, slightly fruity, with a light smell of herbs and vegetables.
  • Taste: Slightly fruity, delicate, well-balanced and exquisite, with slightly hot notes. Hints of aromatic herbs and sweet almonds.

GASTRONOMY

Particularly indicated for those who follow healthy diets and well-being habits. We advise consuming it raw, without heating, and making it part of everyday eating habits. Perfect to accompany carpaccio, fish dishes, green salads and dishes for special moments of your life.
